Project Director “Strengthening of all BHU’s across KP and conversion of 200 BHU’s into 24/7 SBA” & “Rehabilitation of all RHC’s and Conversion of 50 RHC’s into 24/7 facilities” invites applicants for ADP Project No. 632/200045 BHU’s and 630/200040 RHC’s from suitable candidates having Domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the temporary project posts being filled for Evening and Night shift only for a period of one year extendable till project life on performance basis under the said project and project policy of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Note: Amongst the above-mentioned posts, 414 will be deputed in BHUs and
66 in RHCs within the Province
Age Limit: 18-32
Minimum Qualification & Experience:
Diploma in Midwifery / Diploma in LHV, Registered with
Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) Islamabad

2) Medical Technician (BPS-12)

Diploma in Pharmacy / Dispenser Recognized from Medical

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Campaigners will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA webbing test. However
detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority and if any seeker is planted ineligible in any respect at any stage of the reclamation process, he/ she will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority.
2. Eligible campaigners can get details of the positions and list of health installations named on the website of the Health Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
3. Interview calls letter will be issued to short-listed campaigners only.
4. Short table will be grounded on the Screening Test conducted by ETEA.
5. Campaigners of the separate sections will be eventually Named purely on merit base still, in case of no aspirant from the separate sections campaigners of near sections will be preferred in the final selection process.
6. Appointment orders of the named campaigners will be issued as per merit list and year-wise
provision in PC-1
7. Campaigners should be eligible for all felicitations by the last date of damage of the operations.
8. Deficient operations and operations entered after due dates won’t be entertained.
9. Relaxation of age will be NOT permissible.
10. The campaigners working in Government/Semi-Government bodies should apply through
proper channel.
11. Campaigners intending to apply for further than one post shall apply independently for each post
with the separate figures.
12. Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/ reject any operation with assigning
reason.
13. No TA/ DA will be permissible for test/ Interview.
14. In the case of a foreign degree, original instruments from HEC must be handed.
15. Crimes/ Deletions in the number of posts are subject to rectification.

2. After successful submission of online operation, a specified UBL online deposit slip. ( having token number, Project code & campaigners particular information) will be generated.
3. Take a printout of the generated deposit slip & deposit the prescribed test figure (nonrefundable) in any branch of UBL Bank at UBLOMNI agent Easypaisa app or agent.
charge, please keep the original deposit slip ( seeker dupe) having bank asked stamp with yourself and don’t partake it with anyone differently.
4. After online application, do not shoot documents/ witnesses to the ETEA office, clones of witnesses/ documents will still, be handed by the campaigners who qualify the webbing test, as and when needed by ETEA or the Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

8. Campaigners will be informed through SMS by ETEA to download and Publish their Rollo. Campaigners are directed to don’t give ported/ converted mobile numbers.
9. Test Date, Time & Venue will be mentioned on Roll No. Slip.
10. No separate Call Letter will be issued to campaigners for webbing test through postal/ courier means.

Public Health Job Description:
Please keep your documents and passport size scrutinized picture ( soft dupe) with you at the time of online applies.
Read the instructions completely before filling out the online operation form. ETEA shall corroborate deposited figures at any stage.
Still, your candidature shall be rejected, If your payment isn’t vindicated. Figure deposited on someone differently CNIC shall not be vindicated.
Unclaimed qualifications won’t be accepted. Keep the bank published damage safe with yourself and don’t partake it with anyone differently.
Operations of all those campaigners who don’t give correct information while filling the online operation form, won’t be rejected only but would be progressed against and strict action shall be taken against them.

Note For Selection:

Out of 480 LHVs, the first 348 campaigners in the merit list will be named after completion of the selection process; the rest of the campaigners will be issued appointment letters in the coming fiscal time.
While out of 44 MTs, the First 30 campaigners in the merit list will be named after completion of the selection process, the rest of the campaigners will be issued appointment letters in the coming fiscal time.
