To reuse deals as per client request which includes Remittances, Cash, Cheques, and other fiscal deals in agreement with the guidelines handed by the Company with delicacy and effectiveness. To ensure that the deals and attestation process is in line with both the internal and nonsupervisory compliance conditions.
Cashier Job Liabilities/Facilities:
Client Satisfaction/ Service Norms
Meet and Greet guests at the Counter/ Lobby area, and thank them for their business
1)Give service to Retail and Commercial guests as per established ARIE norms
2)Communicate regulations and morals regarding deals in a professional manner
3)Give advice and guidance about ARIE Products & Services to guests as and when necessary
4)Achieve minimum’ Stay’ time and’ Serve’ time and aim for reducing the TAT on a nonstop base
4)Lead Guests to applicable department/ persons for Query Judgments, Special Deals, and other similar conditioning
Ensure optimal profit perimeters are maintained for deals
Solicit referrals and initiate cross-selling openings to being guests
Laboriously convert walk-in guests to IntroCard holders.
Explore openings to increase client base, sale number, Profit per sale & client, and overall functional profit performance to meet the overall objects
Handle Foreign Currency, Remittances, and other client deals as needed by the Commercial or WPS client or the Retail client and as assigned by the Branch Management/ department director, with zero blights
Ensure assigned work conditioning are carried out as per Company programs and procedures
Insure Cash Handling is done as per Company policy, and Cash Balance at assigned’Till’is directly tagged and meetly handled as instructed by the Branch Management
Report any anomalies similar as under/ Overs to concerned superior incontinently
Exercise due industriousness in processes related to client deals to insure threat mitigation and adherence to applicable AML procedures and KYC enterprise
Identify Enhancement areas & propose formative changes to achieve functional excellence
Ensure attestation and the sale process is in compliance with both the internal and nonsupervisory demand
Job Conditions/ Qualifications
Graduate or original in any affiliated field
2 times of previous experience as a Cashier/ Teller
Former exposure to the large volume of cash running is an added advantage
Knowledge & Chops:
Knowledge of introductory computer operations and operations
Good interpersonal chops
Good communication Chops
Client service acquainted
Good quantitative chops
